G&T Recipe
The gin and tonic (G&T) is a simple, two-ingredient drink that includes two ounces of gin, six ounces of tonic and a garnish or two.

G&T Glasswear
The ideal glass for a G&T is a copa, or a large wine goblet. G&Ts can also be served in a highball or a rocks glass.
Gin Cocktail Recipes
Like gin, but want something other than a G&T?
Tom Collins
2 ounces gin
¾ ounce lemon juice
½ ounce simple syrup
2 ounces club soda
Combine gin, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add 1 cup ice, cover and shake until chilled. Strain into Collins glass. Top with club soda and garnish.
Preferred gins: Opihr, Bloom, Beefeater 24, Sipsmith Strawberry
Gin Gimlet
2 ounces gin
¾ ounce lime juice
½ ounce simple syrup
Combine gin, lime juice, simple syrup and ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with lime wheel.
Preferred gins: Monkey 47, Roku, Sipsmith, Hendrick’s, Gin Sul
Dry Martini
5 ounces gin
1 ounce vermouth
Combine gin, vermouth and ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Strain into martini glass and garnish with lemon twist or olive.
Preferred gins: Nikka Coffey, Beefeater
Negroni
1½ ounces gin
¾ ounce Campari
¾ ounce vermouth
Combine gin, Campari and vermouth in a cocktail shaker. Add 1 cup ice, cover and shake until chilled. Strain into rocks glass. Garnish with orange twist.
